Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)
Being a CSC is an absolutely vital position at Taglio. Our reception team is the nucleus of our salon and for that reason we look for individuals with unique skill sets and that can handle a wide variety of situations. You help create mood by greeting clients upon their arrival and being our voice on the phones. Being a CSC can be very fun and rewarding as you create great relationships with salon clients and fellow team members. A partial list of responsibilities include: Answering phones, booking salon services, greeting and checking out clients, assisting clients with product selection and purchases, processing financial transactions (handling money), working as a liaison between clients and technical staff, and helping resolve client challenges.
Qualifications: As a CSC you must posses a caring and helpful attitude, be comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone, posses basic computer skills, and have a passion to take care of people (even when their difficult!).
