Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your
full service. If you are running late for your appointment, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, as a courtesy to other clients, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.
Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
If you feel that you would be more comfortable or better served by
another member of our team, please let us know.
No pets are allowed in the salon according to state regulations.
children
Children, when not receiving services, are allowed in the salon when supervised by an accompanying adult.

To create a more enjoyable experience for all of our guests, please turn your cell phone ringer to silent or vibrate while in the salon.
cancellations & missed appointments
As a courtesy to all of our clients, we will call to confirm your appointment the day before your service.
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a
minimum of 24 hour notice.
We understand that life gets in the way sometimes, and you may not
be able to commit to your appointment. After three (3) same-day
cancellations or missed appointments, you will be asked to reserve future appointments with a credit card.
