Co-Founder of Taglio salon in 1996, Tom has spent over 20 years in the salon industry as a cutting specialist. Starting with Vidal Sassoon in Chicago, Tom worked as apprentice, worked his way to a stylist position and later became Manager of the salon, a position he held for 8 years. Tom loves working on short hair and is great with men’s hair too. He finds his inspiration from fashion and the younger fashion set because they aren’t afraid to try new things. Tom’s passion for hair and the business shows in his dedication and care for our clients and everyone of our team members.

Tom is definitely the resident “whino”. A lover of good food and good wine, we can usually find him tasting the latest and greatest. When he’s not at the salon, you will find him with his wife Lisa and daughter Nicola. Tom enjoys flyfishing, working out, going to the beach and his favorite vacation spot is Italy.
