Stylist | Colorist
Taglio offers a unique opportunity to Hair Stylist’s and lets our team members specialize in either discipline or you can perform both cutting and chemical services. Being a stylist/colorist at Taglio means always evolving, continuously striving to be the best, mentor young apprentices, all the while taking great care of your clients and exceeding their expectations. Some of your responsibilities will include: Commitment to our Mission and business procedures and philosophies, keeping a professional appearance, being dependable, responsible, and accountable, servicing the salon and the team, and of course performing hair services on clients.
Qualifications: Although there is no set criteria to be hired on as a stylist/colorist, you will be evaluated on your experience (minimum 2 years), previous training, and technical abilities. Posses a valid Arizona Cosmetology License. You should expect to perform a wide variety of cuts, styles, and color techniques during this process. It should be noted that 95% of our staff has graduated from our internal apprentice program.
